    \n Damage Returns
    \n • Any damage to items within your order must be reported in writing to LavaLamp team within 48 hours of when you received the ordered products. We will normally arrange for a courier to collect any damaged items at a time agreed with you. In certain circumstances we may ask you to return the items for which we will refund the postal charges by way of a credit voucher.
    \n • LavaLamp may request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. Authorisation must then be given by us to return the damaged goods before we can release any credit or arrange any product(s) reshipments.
    \n Returning Products
    \n • Any issues with your order, with the exception of damage, must be reported in writing to LavaLamp within 7 days for both UK and International orders from the date of receipt of the products.
    \n • You will be responsible for the cost of returning all unwanted (non faulty) items back to us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for insurance reasons
    \n • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund/exchange/credit for any opened products
    \n • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only; initial postage costs will not be refunded. Please allow 14 days for the adjustment to be visible on your account.
    \n • We must receive the item(s) back within 14 days of receipt in an unopened and re-saleable condition.
    \n • Any orders returned to us because we were supplied insufficient address details are subject to a £5.00 re-delivery charge.
    \n • None of the above affects your statutory rights.
